| There is a big link in the launcher for the Preorder and Collector's Edition Items. - Quote :
- 1. Log into NCsoft Account Management.
2. Click the Game Accounts link.
3. Choose your Aion game account listed on the Game Accounts page.
4. Click the Apply In-Game Items link in the Actions section.
5. Select the server your preferred character is on and click the Next button.
6. Select the character you wish to receive the items and click the Next button.
7. You will then see a list of all the items or item packs that may be applied to that character. Click the checkbox next to the item pack(s) you wish to apply to that character and then click the Next button.
8. Review the confirmation page and then click the Apply the Items/Item Packs to this Character button.
You will then get a message saying that the items/item packs were successfully given to that character. You should have these items when you log into the game - simply pay a visit to your in-game mail box.
Only problem, when I go to my Aion Account page, there is no option for Apply In-Game Items. Has anyone seen this on their account yet. | |

| And when I have Ob account and if ill enter normal activation key. will it be normal account or what I have to do? | |

| Yeah that was posted yesterday already. U cant apply In-Game Items yet.
I guess u/we have to wait till 9 pm.
@ Vaflinka yeah just make sure u have a preordered key(u can login at theheadstart) and everything is fine

that`s I heard as well... btw just clicked on my launcher to check that and aion wasn`t shown up there...I mean yesterday it was still there -.- anyone got a similar problem? | |

I know that servers are down...hmpf I just asked if you still got Aion in your launcher...read first Matze...it`s not shown on my launcher...it`s shown as not installed...oO | |

| That happened just before pre-select as well. Aion went *poof* from (most?) everyone's launcher.
This time though, I just loaded mine to check and Aion is still there. (For now!)
Maybe try to force an update of your launcher itself? | |

| Server online!!!!!And we can get our In-Game items Update: I checked it and we still cant apply our In-Game Items -.-
