I guess he's getting the nerf because he won't be "hard" anymore with level 55 characters who could steamroll him... but really, no idea why.

And bleh, 2.0 patchnotes... but when will 1,9 get released! I want a good reason to login mel and do DP etc again with those "increased drop rates" NC keeps waving at us... not to mention the reduction of time it takes to get through Theo labs... sweet...

i think its wrong translation or just a change while it gives new legendary weapons
