So they say Gorgos will have RP'ers on it? EXCELLENT. Those guys tend to be much more calm and literate than the stereotypical teeny-bopper foul mouthed "Hardcore PvP" server type gamer. I'll be quite happy to see some good RP'ers on Gorgos, even though I'm not an RP'er myself.

Im just afraid of the RP rules- no global chat, no global group finding etc.

There will be regional chat. The only "rule" I see is that is should be kept to English.

Do you know any good online Dutch dictionaries? ^^, I´ve been trying to use uitmuntend.de (German<->Dutch), but it often gives the wrong translation

oh no never!! I never use those things, they are rubbish. Some smarty pants in england once sent me an email translated into German via babelfish and it was utter nonsense. I am looking for a dictionary, which has individual word translations. Like http://dict.leo.org but for EN/DE <-> NL. Leo is actually very very good, it´s a pity that they don´t do dutch as well.

40 % british
35 % Spanish and what else
15 % netherlands
10 % others

so no worry

most player will go on servers with their languages, only thing on gorgos to be afraid of are RPs

The Dutch language is referred to as "dat". "Nederlands? Dat moet ik nog verbeteren". "Die" is mostly used to refer to people. "Mijn vader? Die heb ik al een tijd niet meer gezien".

As for the translations of words, i usually use www.interglot.com, but it only works for single words, you can't translate sentences with it. It does give good translations of the words though.

lol just chatted with my girlfriend and added my items to my char and was offline for about 5min and now i stuck in queue of 940 people, have to wait 40min

At NCsoft our commitment is to making the MMO player experience the best it can be. And while Aion has seen a very successful launch that has exceeded our expectations in many ways, we are aware of the longer than usual queue times that players have experienced on some of the servers. This is due to the initial rush of players that we’ve seen in the early days of the game’s launch in Europe and North America.

Since the opening of Head Start this past weekend, we’ve have been heavily focused on striking the delicate balance between managing busy servers with queue times versus overcompensating by adding new servers too quickly that are then underpopulated and don’t deliver a fun experience for players. We did indeed see an initial rush on the first days of Head Start which resulted in longer than desired queue times for some of our servers, and we are working around the clock to alleviate this. In fact, we are happy to confirm we have increased our server caps and are adding an additional server in both North America and Europe by this weekend, and we will continue to evaluate adding additional servers.
